Larry Mitchell, 73, of Bladenboro passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022 at his home. Larry was born on August 4, 1948, to the late James Thomas Mitchell and Louise Drake. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Paulette Wright and brother, Ronald Mitchell. Larry was in the US Army and a Vietnam Veteran. Larry enjoyed spending time with his family and was so happy when his sisters came to visit from Alabama. Larry was one of the best tile layers in Bladen, Columbus, and Robeson County. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 22,2022, at Bladen-Gaskins Chapel in Bladenboro from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 23, 2022 at 11:00 am at Abbottsburg Baptist Church with Rev. Allen W. Thompson Jr. and Rev. Ronald Hester officiating. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Cemetery in Bladenboro
